Check the taps and the hoses
Both open, neither kinked, and the machine's own inlet screens clear. Screens block with scale and with debris from building work.

A timed fill on hot and cold separately. This separates a supply problem from a valve one without opening the machine.

Test the valve coils
Resistance on each coil and voltage at the connector during a fill. A valve can be perfectly energized and still be blocked.

A machine that does not believe it is filling behaves exactly like one that is not. The sensor and its air hose are checked, and a pinched hose is common after a move.
