Check the drain first on a drying complaint
Condensing dry needs to get rid of water. A partly blocked drain produces damp clothes and no obvious water symptom at all.

Clean the filter and the condenser path
There is no lint screen in the usual sense, so lint ends up in places a vented machine never sends it.

A machine that washes perfectly and dries badly is a different repair from one that fails the whole cycle.
